Living from the Heart Moment – Challenge

To myself and each of you I proffer this challenge:

Today and everyday for the next month (through 3/16/2014) catch yourself at least once a day feeling stressed, pressured, impatient, frustrated, overwhelmed or some other similar emotion and SHIFT IT.

  • In the moment of recognition STOP.
  • Next take a breath, a deep relaxing one.
  • Then change your scenery… leave the house, office, car, mall, etc and go outside in nature.
  • For just 1 or 2 minutes look around at trees, sky, water, snow, grass, whatever and continue breathing
  • While breathing feel appreciation for Mother Earth
  • Then ASK!
  • Ask Mother to take your feelings of stress, pressure, frustration, overwhelm or whatever the feelings are.
  • AND she will. Gladly

Mother will take all and any energy you want to give her. She is glad to accept it. She will use it and transform it. She will fertilize the earth with it. She will be grateful for the gift.

The challenge is to do this at least ONCE A DAY, however you may do it more than once if you so choose.
